I'm ashamed that I'm this squeeful, but omg, tonight was the Avatar Season 3 premiere!!! The show's been on hiatus for eleven. freaking. months. And it finally came back last night. Omg. So much love.

It was incredibly amazing, but I wish they had done an hour-long premiere. It could have been way more epic. (Not that it wasn't anyway, but, you know.)
Wow, the Mai/Zuko kiss? Totally not a big deal. Way to get worked up over nothing.
Wtf, Nickelodeon, stop being Star Wars and continuing the canon in other media. I can't keep track of video games, comics, internet shorts, and a TV show.
Daddy issues, daddy issues everywhere! Katara has caught the bug! The writers have all read Oedipus Rex! I love it!
Where is Iroh? This is an example of why an hour-long episode would have been good.

We saw Ozai's face, which rocked, but there wasn't really any build-up. He should have, like, come out of the flames or something.
Glider, R.I.P. I thought Aang was sticking it there as like a flag, reclaiming the Fire Nation island. If he lives through the series, I would have liked to see him go back and get it or something. =[
So, so excited for the Roku story.
Azula is so awesomely evil.
The show is so completely Captain Planet meets Harry Potter. Zuko = Malfoy, Azula = Bellatrix, and Aang could not be more like Harry Potter if he tried. And I love it.
Vulnerable!Aang is <3.
I really really wish they would release a soundtrack CD of the background music. We've been asking for three years, Nickelodeon! Get on that!
Zuko, Azula owns your ass.
